2024 Federal Legislative Platform  
Jeff Lunde moved, seconded by Kevin Anderson, to approve the  
Resolution.  
After providing procedural comments, Commissioner Angela Conley,  
Co-Chair, gave the floor to Kareem Murphy, Director, Intergovernmental  
Relations, who reviewed the proposed edited draft.  
Mr. Murphy noted that Hennepin County is no longer the 34th most  
populous city, and is currently the 33rd most populous city as a friendly  
amendment.  
Commissioner Jeff Lunde moved to put the platform before the board with  
that friendly amendment, seconded by Commissioner Kevin Anderson.  
Mr. Murphy continued with his review of the proposed edited draft.
