2025 Federal Legislative Platform  
Commissioner Jeff Lunde moved the 2025 Federal Legislative Platform and  
Priorities, seconded by Commissioner Debbie Goettel. Liz Young, Director  
of Intergovernmental Relations introduced and went through the proposed  
2025 Federal Legislative Platform.  
Three staff amendments were noted. Commissioner Heather Edelson  
moved the staff amendments, seconded by Commissioner Debbie Goettel  
and approved - 6 Yeas (Absent - Greene).  
After further discussion, Commissioner Kevin Anderson moved, seconded  
by Commissioner Irene Fernando, to progress the Resolution to the March  
11, 2025 Board meeting.
