1.A. Public comment on the program year 2022 Consolidated Annual Performance  
and Evaluation Report related to the HUD CDBG, HOME & ESG programs in  
suburban Hennepin County.  
Commissioner Debbie Goettel opened the public hearing at 1:38 pm. There being no  
individuals who provided comment. on a motion from Commissioner Irene Fernando,  
seconded by Commissioner Marion Greene, the public hearing was closed at 1:40 p.m.
