Commissioner Debbie Goettel, Chair, called the meeting of the Administration, Operations and  
Budget Committee for Monday, September 29, 2025 to order at 12:01 p.m.

2026 Proposed Budget Presentation - Disparity Elimination

Commissioner Debbie Goettel gave a brief overview and handed the floor to County  
Administrator Jodi Wentland. Ms. Wentland introduced the 2026 proposed budget on  
behalf of Kareem Murphy, Deputy County Administrator of Disparity Elimination. The  
2026 proposed budget was presented by following individuals:  
Alexandra "Zandy" Iverson, Budget and Finance manager  
Christa Mims, Director Education Support Services  
Diana Chaman Salas, Director Climate & Resiliency  
Joe Mathews, Chief Financial Officer

Open Forum Budget  
Members of the public will be able to call in to record a comment that will be played for  
the board at the following budget hearing. The line will be open for four hours starting at  
the end of each budget hearing. Comments should be related to this specific hearing.

There being no further business, the Administration, Operations and Budget Committee for  
September 29, 2025 was declared recessed at 2:14 p.m. The 2026 proposed budget  
presentation will reconvene October 1, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
