Committee for Thursday, October 24, 2024 to order at 12:01 p.m.

2025 Proposed Budget Presentation - Resident Services and Operations

Commissioner Debbie Goettel gave a brief overview and handed the floor to County  
Administrator David Hough. Mr. Hough introduced the 2025 proposed budget on behalf  
of Dan Rogan, Assistant County Administrator of Resident Services. The 2025  
proposed budget was presented by following individuals:  
Anna Abruzzese, Director, Service Centers  
Josh Hoogland, County Assessor  
Scott Duimstra, Library Director  
Commissioner Goettel briefly recessed the meeting at 1:11 p.m. before reconvening at  
1:18 p.m.  
County Administrator David Hough introduced the 2025 proposed budget on behalf of  
Jodie Wierimaa, Assistant County Administrator of Operations.

Open Forum Budget  
Members of the public will be able to call in to record a comment that will be  
played for the board at the following budget hearing. The line will be open for  
four hours starting at the end of each budget hearing. Comments should be  
related to this specific hearing. Instructions to participate are available at  
hennepin.us.  
There being no further business, the Administration, Operations and Budget Committee for  
Thursday October 24, 2024 was declared recessed at 2:23 p.m. The 2025 Proposed Budget  
Presentation will reconvene Monday October 28, 2024 at 12:00 noon.
