2026 Proposed Budget Presentation - Resident Services and Operations

Commissioner Debbie Goettel gave a brief overview and handed the floor to  
County Administrator Jodi Wentland. Ms. Wentland introduced the 2026  
proposed budget on behalf of Dan Rogan, Deputy County Administrator of  
Resident Services. The 2026 proposed budget was presented by following  
individuals:

Commissioner Goettel briefly recessed the meeting at 1:02 p.m. before  
reconvening at 1:13 p.m. County Administrator Jodi Wentland introduced the  
2026 proposed budget on behalf of Jodie Wierimaa, Assistant County  
Administrator of Operations. The 2026 proposed budget was presented by the  
following individuals:

Members of the public will be able to call in to record a comment that will be played for  
the board at the following budget hearing. The line will be open for four hours starting at  
the end of each budget hearing. Comments should be related to this specific hearing.

There being no further business, the Administration, Operations and Budget Committee  
for October 22, 2025 was declared recessed at 2:30 p.m. The 2026 proposed budget  
presentation will reconvene October 23, 2025 at 12:00 noon.
