2024 Proposed Budget Presentation - Operations, Resident Services and Public  
Works  
Commissioner Debbie Goettel gave a brief overview of the budget process before  
handing the floor to County Administrator David Hough who provided a short  
introduction. Mr. Hough turned the presentation over to Lisa Cerney, Assistant County  
Administrator - Public Works, Jodie Wierimaa, Assistant County Administrator -  
Operations and Dan Rogan, Assistant County Administrator - Resident Services. In  
addition, 2024 proposed budgets presentations for Operations, Resident Services and  
Public Works was presented by the following individuals:

Members of the public will be able to call in to record a comment that will be  
played for the board at the following budget hearing. The line will be open for  
four hours starting at the end of each budget hearing. Comments should be  
related to this specific hearing. Instructions to participate are available at  
hennepin.us.  
There being no further business, the Administration, Operations and Budget  
Committee for October 26, 2023 was declared recessed at 3:15 p.m. The 2024  
Proposed Budget Presentation will reconvene November 1, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.
