Commissioner Debbie Goettel gave a brief overview and handed the floor to
County Administrator Jodi Wentland. Ms. Wentland introduced the 2026
proposed budget on behalf of Lisa Cerney, Assistant County Administrator of
Public Works. The 2026 proposed budget was presented by following
individuals:

Joe Mathews, Chief Financial Officer
David McNary, Assistant Director Environment and Energy - Solid Waste
Division
Carla Stueve, County Engineer and Director Transportation
Commissioner Goettel briefly recessed the meeting at 1:40 p.m. before
reconvening at 1:45 p.m. County Administrator Jodi Wentland introduced the

Administrator of Law, Safety and Justice. The 2026 proposed budget was
