BE IT RESOLVED, that Amendment 1 to the following Agreements for services to children at risk for truancy and/or educational neglect through the Hennepin County's Attorney's Office, Be@School program extending contracts through June 30, 2025, and increasing the combined NTE to $2,045,000 be approved:

* PR00005402 with Centro Tyrone Guzman increasing the not to exceed amount from $160,000 to $260,000
* PR00005403 with Division of Indian Work increasing the not to exceed amount from $120,000 to $240,000
* PR00005404 with East Side Neighborhood Services increasing the not to exceed amount from $85,000 to $130,000
