BE IT RESOLVED, that Amendment 2 to Agreement PR00003192 with Cotiviti, Inc., to provide HEDIS audit software services, extending the contract period through December 31, 2029, and increasing the contract amount by $410,666 for a new total not to exceed amount of $1,219,391 be approved; that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Amendment on behalf of the County; and that the Controller be authorized to disburse funds as directed.

Background:
Agreement PR00003192 with Cotiviti, Inc., is to provide HEDIS audit software services. Hennepin Health is required to conduct HEDIS audit as part of our contractual obligations with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Amendment 1 extended the contract through December 31, 2026 and increased the not to exceed amount by $384,859 for a new total not to exceed amount of $808,725.
This Amendment seeks to extend the contract through December 31, 2029 and increase the not to exceed amount by $410,666 for a new total not to exceed amount of $1,219,391.
This board action request aligns with Hennepin County disparity elimination efforts by improving access to culturally specific/sensitive health services and increasing community well-being.
