BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Administrator be authorized to negotiate Amendment 1 to Reciprocal Use Agreement A199463 with NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center, Inc. for space within the NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center at 2220 Plymouth Avenue North in Minneapolis; that following review and approval by the County Attorney's Office, the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the amendment on behalf of the County.

Background:
The county-owned NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center ("Building") located at 2220 Plymouth Avenue North in Minneapolis was recently remodeled and expanded.
In 2019, Resolution 19-0087 authorized the negotiation and execution of a Reciprocal Use Agreement ("Agreement") with NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center, Inc. ("NorthPoint Inc."). The Agreement grants NorthPoint Inc. the use of space within the expanded Building and grants the County the use of property owned by NorthPoint Inc. at 1256 Penn.?
Floorplans and space allocations within the building have changed since the execution of the original Agreement. Amendment 1 will update the Agreement to reflect those changes, as well as establish a start date for NorthPoint Inc's occupancy within the expanded Building. There will be no other changes to the underlying terms of the Agreement.
Current Request: This is a request for authorization to negotiate Amendment 1 to Reciprocal Use Agreement A199463 with NorthPoint Inc. for space within the NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center at 2220 Plymouth Avenue North in Minneapolis.
Impact/Outcomes: Approval of this amendment will allow NorthPoint Inc to continue to provide critical health and human services to residents at the NorthPoint Health and Wellness Center.
