BE IT RESOLVED, that Agreements A2613579 with the City of Greenfield in the receivable amount of $628,740.53, A2613580 with the City of Hanover in the receivable amount of $235,777.70, A2613581 with the City of Medicine Lake in the receivable amount of $44,910.04, and A2613582 with the City of Rockford in the receivable amount of $44,910.04 for the provision of Hennepin County Sheriff's Office patrol services during the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028 be approved; that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the county; and that the Controller be authorized to accept and disburse funds as directed.

Background:
On November 19, 2024, the Hennepin County Board authorized Board Resolution 24-0456, thereby approving agreements A2412529, A2412530, A2412531, A2412532, pursuant to which the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office is authorized to provide patrol services to the Cities of Greenfield, Hanover, Medicine Lake, and Rockford.
The Sheriff’s Office seeks approval to continue providing patrol services to the aforementioned municipalities for the period commencing January 1, 2027, and concluding December 31, 2028. Hourly service rates for calendar years 2027 and 2028 have been established to reflect anticipated operational costs, and each municipality shall be invoiced on a quarterly basis for services rendered.
Agreement A2613579, with the City of Greenfield, provides for 8 hours per day on average, for a total annual amount of $309,724.40 in 2027, and $319,016.13 in 2028.
Agreement A2613580, with the City of Hanover, provides for 3 hours per day on average, for a total annual amount of $116,146.65 in 2027, and $119,631.05 in 2028.
