BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners approves the application for a temporary on-sale liquor license at 100 Federal Dr., Fort Snelling, Minnesota on April 26, 2025.

Background:
Minnesota Statute § 340A.410 grants the Hennepin County Board the authority to approve applications for liquor licenses in unincorporated areas of Hennepin County.
Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center has submitted an application for a temporary on-sale liquor license. The license will be effective on April 26, 2025, for fundraising events on their business premises at 100 Federal Drive South, Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
Fred Wells Tennis and Education Center is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to bring people together of all ages, abilities and backgrounds through the sport of tennis.
