BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section 13D.04, subd. 2, a special meeting of the Hennepin County Board be held to consider proposed Resolution 24-0520 (formerly Board Action Request 24-0491) and the Sheriff's Office request to negotiate JPAs and amendments with various counties to temporarily board Hennepin County detainees on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 immediately following committee meetings, in the County Board room, A24, Government Center, 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55487.
