BE IT RESOLVED, that Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc. Governing Board approves the 2026-2027 Compliance and Privacy Workplans, effective February 10, 2026.

Background:
Each year, the proposed Compliance and Privacy program for Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc. undergoes review, with final approval of the workplans required from the HHS Audit Committee based on the annual risk assessment and identified operational risks. This approval ensures appropriate monitoring and management of identified risks, including evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls by the Compliance, Audit, and Privacy teams. Progress reports and updates on corrective actions or changes in the risk landscape will be provided throughout 2026. On January 26, 2026, the Quality, Safety, Audit, and Compliance Committee reviewed and recommended approval of these workplans.
Current Request: Approve the 2026-2027 Compliance and Privacy Workplans to become effective February 10, 2026.
