BE IT RESOLVED, that collectively bargained agreement A2512814 between Hennepin County and the Hennepin County Professional Social Work Supervisory Employees Independent Organization (SWUS) setting terms and conditions of employment for the period of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027, be approved; and that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the County.
Background:
Negotiations have been completed with SWUS, resulting in a written agreement covering terms and conditions of employment. The agreement covers approximately 167 social work supervisors for the period of January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027. Key provisions include modifications to wages, progression increases, medical insurance, retention payments and key benefits. Details can be found in the attached document.
