BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners, in their capacity of governing body for Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc., approves the “Key Providers, Identified Team Members, and Board Members Annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure” policy, effective December 11, 2025.

Background:
Certain Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc., (HSS) policies require the final approval of the HHS Board. All policies brought before the HHS Board have been reviewed and recommended by a multi-disciplinary Policy Committee at HHS that refers the policy for further consideration by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). On December 1, 2025, the ELT reviewed and recommended this policy to the HHS Governing Body for further consideration and recommendation on December 11, 2025.
