BE IT RESOLVED, that Agreement PR00006752 with Tyler Technologies, Inc. to implement and maintain electronic citation software as a service during the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, in an amount not to exceed $150,000, be approved; and that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the county; and that the Controller be authorized to disburse funds as directed.

Background:
On May 3, 2025, Resolution 25-0158 authorized the approval of agreement PR00006752 during the period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, with a total not to exceed amount of $150,000.
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking approval to modify the term authorized under Resolution 25-0158. The proposed revision will update the agreement period to July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. The Sheriff’s Office is not seeking to revise the not to exceed amount authorized in 25-0158.
This revision is being requested to align with Tyler Technologies, Inc.’s standard practice of setting effective dates as the first day of the month following full execution. The updated term will also facilitate accurate billing and support the timely implementation of the scope of services outlined in the agreement.
