BE IT RESOLVED, that Agreement PR00005182 with RS Eden for residential chemical dependency treatment services for the period June 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024 in the amount of $215,583; and Agreement PR00005217 with Park Avenue Center, Inc. for outpatient chemical dependency treatment services during the period June 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024 in the amount of $186,816; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Amendment 1 to Agreement PR00004808 with 180 Degrees adding $100,000 for a revised not-to-exceed of $400,000, expanding transitional housing services to the Great River Landing site with no change in contract period of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023; and
BE IT FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the above agreements be approved; that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the County; and the Controller be authorized to disburse funds as directed.

These contracts will help fulfill an unmet need for Department of Community Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCCR) clients who need treatment for both chemical and sexual health. The client population to be served includes adult men and women who have previously been ineligible for chemical dependency treatment due to their criminal history for certain sex offenses, typically level 3 designations. RS Eden will provide residential treatment. Park Avenue will provide outpatient treatment. Each provider will acquire special training to provide services to this specific client population.
