BE IT RESOLVED, that Hennepin Healthcare Systems, Inc., Board approves the 2026-2027 Patient Safety Plan, effective April 28, 2026.

Background:
Certain Hennepin Healthcare Systems, Inc., documents require final approval of the HHS Board to meet regulatory requirements. This document is reviewed and approved annually. The Quality and Safety Management Committee reviewed and recommended this plan to the Quality, Safety, Audit and Compliance Committee. On March 16, 2026, Quality, Safety, Audit and Compliance Committee reviewed and recommend this plan to the HHS Board for final approval.
Current Request: Approve the 2026-2027 Patient Safety Plan to become effective April 28, 2026.
