BE IT RESOLVED, that the Law, Safety and Justice section of the 2024 State Legislative platform be amended to add a bullet at the end of the list under the remove barriers heading that reads:
• Support efforts to ensure that non-citizen residents are assured due process in the criminal legal system, be free from harassment, and supported in their efforts to remain in Minnesota and contribute to community vibrance.
