Background:
Pursuant to County Board resolution 98-4-233 (Purchasing Rules), the County Board delegated to the County Administrator and Assistant County Administrators the authority to enter into professional, personal and human service agreements of $25,000 or less on behalf of the county. Under these rules, agreements are then to be communicated to the Board for its information.Resolution 02-8-500 increased the authority of the County Administrator to enter into professional and personal service agreements of $50,000 or less.Resolution 19-0325R1 further increased the authority of the County Administrator to enter into professional and personal service agreements of $100,000 or less.This BAR continues communication of these agreements to the Board.
