BE IT RESOLVED, that the following Agreements for outpatient treatment, housing case management and day reporting for Corrections clients, extending each agreement for four additional months until April 30, 2024, be approved:
* Amd 3 PR00003724 with Alpha Human Services, Inc., 01/01/22-04/30/24, additional $201,668, total NTE $806,668;
* Amd 2 PR00003717 with Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota; 01/01/22-04/30/24, additional $41,668, total NTE $141,668
* Amd 1 PR00004813 with RS Eden; 01/01/23-04/30/24, additional $53,000 additional, total NTE $212,000;
* Amd 2 PR00003699 with Lighthouse Psychological Services, Inc.; 01/01/22-04/30/24, additional $66,668, total NTE $166,668;
* Amd 2 PR00004808 with 180 Degrees, Inc.; 01/01/23-04/30/24, additional $243,336, total NTE $643,336;
* Amd 2 PR00003697 with Project Pathfinder; 01/01/22-04/30/24, additional $11,000, total NTE $71,000;
* Amd 2 PR00003698 with Christian Recovery Center; 01/01/22-04/30/24, additional $45,835, total NTE $145,835;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the County; and the Controller be authorized to disburse funds as directed.

Background:
Services delivered by these providers are included in separate Request for Proposal processes which will conclude in early 2024 with new contracts awarded to selected proposers. To avoid a gap in client services, these contracts are being extended for four months with increased NTE's as needed to cover expenditures.
