BE IT RESOLVED, that the following Agreements providing employment services for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth, MN State Dislocated Worker Program, and Minnesota Youth Programs during the period July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027 with a combined not to exceed amount of $11,443,628 be approved:

* HS00001650 with Avivo, in the not to exceed amount of $2,711,000
* HS00001649 with Goodwill Industries, Inc., in the not to exceed amount of $2,571,000
* HS00001651 with HIRED, in the not to exceed amount of $2,416,000
* HS00001652 with Minnesota Training Partnership, Inc., in the not to exceed amount of $900,000
* HS00001645 with the City of Brooklyn Park, in the not to exceed amount of $380,000
* HS00001643 with Ka Joog Nonprofit Organization, in the not to exceed amount of $400,000
* HS00001646 with Tree Trust, in the not to exceed amount of $580,000
* PR00006217 with Carver County, in the not to exceed amount of $1,485,628; and

BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners delegates to the County Administrator authority to finalize the agreements with Avivo, Goodwill Industries, Inc., HIRED, Minnesota Training Partnership Inc., City of Brooklyn Park, Ka Joog Nonprofit Organization, Tree Trust, and Carver County, and that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreements on behalf of the county; and the Controller be authorized to disburse funds as directed; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the acceptance of grant funding for this program by Hennepin County Board of Commissioners does not imply a continued funding commitment by Hennepin County for this program when grant funds are no longer available....
