BE IT RESOLVED, that Amendment 5 to Agreement PR00000632 with Health Management Systems, Inc., (a Gainwell Technologies company), to provide Hennepin Health with clinical care management software and services during the period of December 1, 2018 through March 30, 2025, increasing the not to exceed amount by $167,000 for a new total not to exceed amount of $1,594,500 be approved; that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Amendment on behalf of the County; and that the Controller be authorized to dispense funds as directed.end
Background:
Health Management Systems, Inc., (a Gainwell Technologies company) provides cloud-based software and core health plan functionality including utilization management, transportation authorization, care management, and appeals and grievances services.
Amendment 5 to Agreement PR00000632 with Health Management Systems, Inc., (a Gainwell Technologies company) changes the monthly subscription fee and extends the agreement through March 30, 2025.
