Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners establish a board briefing to discuss the governance transition of Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc., on September 15, 2026, beginning at 9:30a.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the A24 Boardroom at the Hennepin County Government Center, in Minneapolis, MN; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if the previously noticed close legal briefing is necessary on the same date, the Hennepin Healthcare governance briefing will immediately follow.
