BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners appoints Elizabeth David to the unclassified position of Interim Assistant County Administrator for Human Services, effective September 9, 2025.

Background:
The County Board Appointments Policy and MN Statutes Section 383B.102 require that appointments to unclassified service have confirmation by the Board of County Commissioners.
Ms. David was appointed to the unclassified position of Director of Financial Administration for Health and Human Services, effective September 4, 2018.
Ms. David has extensive financial management experience and has demonstrated her ability to provide financial oversight of operations and engage leadership to ensure clear understanding of financial information to support strategic initiatives. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
