BE IT RESOLVED, Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc. Board approves the MVNA Home Health 2026 Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Plan, effective 06/23/2026.

Background:
Certain Hennepin Healthcare Systems, Inc., documents require final approval of the HHS Board to meet regulatory requirements. The QAPI Plan is reviewed and approved annually. It has been reviewed by the Quality and Safety Management Committee and was forwarded to the Quality, Safety, Audit and Compliance Committee for further approval. On June 10, 2026, the Quality, Safety, Audit and Compliance Committee reviewed and now recommends this plan to the HHS Board for final approval.
