BE IT RESOLVED, that Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc. Governing Board approves the 2026-2027 Performance Improvement Plan, effective February 10, 2026.

Background:
Certain Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc., documents require final approval of the HHS Board to meet regulatory requirements. This document is reviewed and approved annually and has been reviewed by the Quality and Safety Management Committee and recommended this plan be reviewed by the Quality, Safety, Audit and Compliance Committee. On January 26, 2026, Quality, Safety, Audit and Compliance Committee reviewed and recommend this plan to the HHS Board for final approval.
Current Request: Approve the 2026-2027 Performance Improvement Plan to become effective February 10, 2026.
