BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Administrator be authorized to negotiate Agreement PW 18-33-23 with the City of Loretto for cost participation and maintenance responsibilities for pedestrian improvements on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 19 (Medina Street) from Elsen Street to Railway Street, county project (CP) 2183500, and for the pavement rehabilitation project on CSAH 19 (Baker Park Road/Medina Street) from Main Street to Trunk Highway (TH) 55, CP 2210400, at an estimated county cost of $5,392,050 and estimated receivable of $1,268,398; that upon review and approval by the County Attorney's Office, the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the county; and that the Controller be authorized to receive and disburse funds as directed; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Administrator be authorized to negotiate Agreement PW 46-85-23 with Canadian Pacific Railway (CP Rail) for cost participation and maintenance responsibilities with the replacement of the railroad crossing surface on Medina Street in Loretto, CP 2210400, at an estimated county cost of $182,000, and for construction right of way access for CP 2183500 and CP 2210400 within CP Rail's right of way at no county cost; that upon review and approval by the County Attorney's Office, the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the county; and that the Controller be authorized to disburse funds as directed; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Administrator be authorized to negotiate Agreement PW 47-44-23 with Three Rivers Park District for construction, right of way access and maintenance responsibilities relating to the CSAH 19 pavement rehabilitation proje...
