BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, subd. 3(b) (attorney-client privilege) the Hennepin County Board will meet for a closed legal briefing which is not open to the public on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 beginning at 10:30 a.m., in Conference Room A2324 of the Hennepin County Government Center; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minn. Stat.§13D.03 Subd 1(b), the Hennepin County Board will meet in closed sessions to consider strategy for labor negotiations, including negotiation strategies or developments or discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals in Conference Room A2324 of the Hennepin County Government Center on:
Tuesday, June 25, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Tuesday, August 20, 2024 beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday, September 10, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Tuesday, October 29, 2024 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the calendar for the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners be amended to move the closed legal briefing on June 25, 2024 to 10:00 a.m.
