Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minn. Stat.§383B.217 & 383B.917, the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners will meet in closed session on Tuesday, October 6, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, in conference room A2324 of the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis, MN, to discuss matters related to the capital budget and campus plan for Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, if previously noticed closed legal briefing is necessary on the same date and time, the HHS closed session will immediately follow.
