BE IT RESOLVED, that Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc. Board approves the HHS Endowment Policy and the Institutional and Endowment Investment Policy Statement, effective February 10, 2026.

Background:

Certain Hennepin Healthcare Systems Inc., policies require final approval of the HHS Board to meet regulatory requirements. All policies brought before the HHS Board have been reviewed and recommended by a multi-disciplinary Policy Committee that forwards policies to the appropriate approval bodies. All HHS Board level policies are reviewed and supported by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). On November 19, 2024, ELT reviewed and recommended these policies to the boards of the Hennepin Healthcare Foundation (HHF) and Hennepin Healthcare Research Institute (HHRI). In December of 2025 both the HHF and HHRI boards reviewed and recommended these policies to the HHS Board for final approval.

Current Request: Approve the HHS Endowment Policy and the Institutional and Endowment Investment Policy Statement to become effective February 10, 2026.
