BE IT RESOLVED, that the assignment and assumption of Agreement PR00003724 with Alpha Human Services, Inc. for sexual health treatment services to Alpha Services Industries, Inc., dba Alpha Emergence Behavioral Health, with no change in the contract period of January 1, 2022 through April 30, 2024, and no change in the not to exceed amount of $806,668 be approved and that the Chair of the Board be authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the County.

Background:
Alpha Human Services Inc., a non-profit provider of sexual health services to Community Corrections clients, transitioned to new leadership in 2022 and has reorganized under the new entity, Alpha Service Industries, Inc., d/b/a Alpha Emergence Behavioral Health. The assignment and assumption agreement will allow services to continue under the new entity.
