Resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hennepin Healthcare Systems, Inc. governing board thanks Doctor Thomas Klemond for serving as interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hennepin Healthcare Systems, Inc. (“HHS”); and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 383B.907, subd. 1, that the powers and duties of the HHS administrator under state statutes and of the CEO under HHS Bylaws and policies shall be vested in Doctor J. Kevin Croston and David J. Hough as determined by them as HHS co-administrators; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that HHS offers Doctor Klemond a full-time clinical position with salary commensurate with his specialty and experience, to be more specifically determined by the HHS co-administrators.
